Reader,
What's the loudest voice in your life right now?
Social media? Podcasts? Your friends or family - maybe it's that YouTube clip you can't stop thinking about? Or, is it your own voice? God's voice?
Every day, something (or someone) is shaping how we think, feel, and show up... in our work, sport, relationships, and mindset.
How often are you stopping to ask: is this what I really want to be leading me right now?
If I'm honest: With fitness, I've let social media and comparison be what I listen to the most.
In marriage, it's been God leading.
With money, it's been family and social media.
In business, it's been my own voice... keeping me comfortable and holding me back from taking any risks.
If I had the kind of support I now give others, I would’ve played and lived with so much more confidence, joy, and freedom. I didn't need more advice, another to-do list, more ideas or paths to follow, or more noise... I needed to trust myself, challenge myself, define success for myself, and slow down to hear God's voice in all of it. I needed to just build confidence in me being me.
This newsletter is about turning down the noise. It's about sparking curiosity, challenging the status quo, and encouraging you to pause, reflect, and trust what's already within.
Over the last few years–In coaching calls, casual conversations, and my own journey–I've realized something:
Most people don't need, or really want, more advice. They want clarity. They want to have more confidence in who they are.
That's why I'm starting this. To create space to slow down, disrupt the flow, and reconnect with parts of ourself that get lost in the noise.

Every month I'll share challenging and thought provoking questions, short reflections, and real stories.
You might find a question that sticks with you for the week.
You might close the email and choose to sit in silence for a minute.
You might get pissed off.
That's the goal.

This should disrupt your usual content consumption and add value to your life. |

If you made it this far, thanks for being here. I'll leave you with this: |

What if the clarity you're searching for isn't out there... but in the silence (or 'boredom') you've been avoiding? |

You have helped me pull out the wisdom within and find the real truth to what I have been wrestling with and striving for.
There’s a lot of Christian’s, men especially, that either don’t take or have the time to dig into the questions we wrestle with, or isolate themselves with busy lives, families, careers, and other things that doesn’t allow them to take the time to truly grow. This will be such a blessing to their lives, as it has been to mine.
